⚙ How this is set up (for managers)

This page lives online at one address — just send staff the link. Nothing to install, nothing to download; it works on any laptop or phone.

To put staff one click away: on each laptop, open the link → click the ⭐ star to bookmark it — or make it the browser's home page (Chrome → Settings → On start-up → "Open a specific page" → paste the link). Then the browser always opens here.

To update it (new version of a tool, new documents): Hinesh replaces the file in the hub folder on his laptop, then re-uploads the folder to Cloudflare Pages (Workers & Pages → bvch-hub → Create deployment → drag the folder) — live for everyone in 30 seconds, same routine as the portal.
